Grace is a licensed registered dietitian who is passionate about helping people view nutrition as a positive and meaningful part of their lives while feeling supported in their journey toward better health. She truly believes in caring for the whole person and takes a functional, root-cause approach to nutrition while staying grounded in evidence-based information. Her goal is to help clients better understand their bodies and health while finding nutrition strategies that make a meaningful difference in how they feel and live each day.
Grace takes a personalized approach to nutrition, recognizing that each person brings their own history, experiences, lifestyle, relationship with food, goals, and unique needs to the table. Grace works alongside her clients to make sense of the bigger picture and create realistic changes that can become part of everyday life.
Grace earned both her undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Nutrition from Viterbo University, where she was also a collegiate athlete. Her clinical training included inpatient and outpatient rotations, giving her experience with a variety of nutritional needs, from critical care and post-surgical nutrition to diabetes education and weight management. She also developed a strong foundation in sports nutrition through her work with collegiate athletics, completing an internship with Arizona State University Athletics before going on to serve as a Sports Dietitian at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In these roles, she worked with collegiate athletes across a variety of sports, supporting performance, recovery, fueling, and overall health while also helping athletes build healthy relationships with eating.
At the heart of Grace’s work is the belief that nutrition should add to your life, not make it more complicated. She strives to make nutrition practical, approachable, and sustainable while helping clients feel more confident in themselves.
Outside of nutrition, Grace loves running and strength training, finding a great coffee shop, traveling and exploring new places, and spending time with her people. She believes that wellness is about more than what is on your plate, it is also about relationships, experiences, and finding balance in everyday life.
