This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes how Healthier Tomorrows, PLLC (“Healthier Tomorrows,” “we,” “us” or similar phrases) collects, uses and safeguards the information you may provide to us via this website and our other online locations, including web applications, mobile applications and social media (collectively, the “Sites”).  Please review the following to understand how we process and safeguard personal data about you.

This Policy replaces all previous disclosures we may have provided to you about our information practices with respect to the Sites and any services that are otherwise available through the Sites.  We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter and/or update this Policy, and any such modifications, alterations or updates will be effective upon our posting of the revised Policy.  If Healthier Tomorrows makes any material changes to this Policy, in addition to posting the revised Policy to the Sites, Healthier Tomorrows will notify you in the manner and to the extent required by law.  Your continued use of the services we provide to you or that are otherwise available through the Sites following our posting of any revised Policy will constitute your acknowledgement of the amended Policy.

By using our website or otherwise obtaining services from us, and/or by voluntarily providing personal data to us, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and accept the practices contained in this Policy.

What Information Do We Collect?

We may collect a variety of personal data (meaning information about an individual from which that person can be identified) from and about you, in a number of situations.  The types of data we collect will depend on how you use the Sites and/or your relationship with Healthier Tomorrows.

How Do We Use the Information We Collect?

Healthier Tomorrows may use your personal information to contact you via mail, e-mail, telephone or mobile device in order to give you updates about our services.  We also use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive from you.  We may also use your IP address, or unique devices identification numbers to help protect Healthier Tomorrows and our Internet service providers from fraud.

If you submit a resume or seek to fulfill other staffing requirements, we will use that information solely in connection with your application for current or future staffing requirements.

We may also use non-personal aggregate information to improve our Sites and our products and services offerings.  For example, our Internet service providers may report to us that there were a particular number of visitors to a certain area of our Sites, or that a certain number of businesses or a certain number of individuals completed our registration forms in particular areas of our Sites.  Such information may also be used to analyze the effectiveness of our business and advertising models.

How We Share the Information We Collect

We do not sell, lease or license your personal information to third parties.

We may share your personal information with service providers that provide certain services to us, including, without limitation, website hosting services and credit card processing.  We take commercially reasonable steps to ensure these service provider adhere to the security standards we apply to your personal information and we prohibit them from using your information for their own marketing purposes.

Healthier Tomorrows may also disclose your personal information as is necessary to: (a) comply with a subpoena or court order; (b) cooperate with law enforcement or other government agencies; (c) establish or exercise our legal rights; (d) protect the property or safety of our company and employees, contractors, vendors, suppliers and customers; (e) defend against legal claims; (f) help with internal and external investigations; or (g) as otherwise required by law or permitted by law.

We reserve the right to provide non-personal information, such as aggregated data, to third parties.

The Sites may contain links to other web sites.  Healthier Tomorrows has no control over and is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of such sites.  Whenever you link to another website, you may be asked to provide registration or other information.  Please note that any information that you provide is going to a third party, and therefore you should familiarize yourself with that party’s privacy policies.

Children and Data Collection

The Sites are general audience sites, and the Site content is not directed toward children who are under the age of 13.  We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or minors.  If Healthier Tomorrows or its Internet service providers become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

Data Storage and Security

You use the Sites at your own risk.  We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative and organizational measures to protect personal information both online and offline from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.  However, no Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error free.  In particular, e-mail sent to or from us may not be secure.  Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via the Sites or e-mail.  Please keep this in mind when disclosing any personal information to Healthier Tomorrows via the Internet.  In addition, we are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on any third party websites.
