Ely Ross is a dedicated registered dietitian passionate about helping individuals build sustainable nutrition habits that support long-term health and overall well-being. She believes in setting small, realistic goals that build confidence and create meaningful, lasting progress. Ely is especially passionate about helping individuals feel empowered and equipped to take ownership of their wellness journey. She views nutrition counseling as a collaborative process, where patients are encouraged to play an active role in their care.
Ely specializes in supporting individuals with digestive issues, cardiovascular disease, and autoimmune conditions, as well as those addressing concerns related to weight and metabolism, food allergies, and their overall relationship with food. She approaches nutrition from an intuitive eating perspective and believes that all foods can fit within a balanced, healthy lifestyle. With personal experience managing Celiac disease, she brings both empathy and practical guidance to those facing similar challenges.
She also has a passion for helping individuals feel stronger and more confident in their bodies through balanced, sustainable nutrition. With over a decade of experience in the CrossFit and weightlifting community, Ely provides realistic, evidence-based strategies that support both everyday health and an active lifestyle, without extremes or restriction.
Prior to joining Healthier Tomorrows, Ely worked in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, where she supported patients recovering from strokes and other complex cardiovascular conditions. She earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Texas Tech University.
Ely lives in Texas with her husband and their two puppies, Henry and Hugo. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys staying active, reading, thrifting, and spending time with friends and family.
