She believes that the mind and body have a very strong relationship, and that it’s important to address both in order to achieve long-term success with one’s health and wellness. She believes in walking alongside her clients and working collaboratively as opposed to forcing certain changes or behaviors. She is an empathetic, anti-diet dietitian who strives to create a safe space for her clients to thrive.  Paige is also a Certified Functional Informed Professional (CFNIP); as a dietitian who specializes in functional nutrition, Paige’s goal is to address the root cause of one’s symptoms by taking a holistic, natural approach.

Before joining Healthier Tomorrows, Paige worked as a personal trainer, online fitness coach, and clinical dietitian. Paige has experience working with a variety of clients who struggled with emotional eating, gut and hormone health, and chronic stress.

“I love working with clients who have spent a lot of time and energy trying to feel better/healthy with little to no success. As a functional nutrition dietitian, I have found that working with these individuals can bring them the peace that comes with finding solutions to problems they have battled for years. The problems may be irregular, painful menstrual cycles, chronic gut issues, PCOS, chronic stress and fatigue, and more. I find it helpful to combine nervous system regulation with lifestyle and dietary habit changes in order to help one heal. It’s never too late to start living and feeling well.”

Paige attended Benedictine University to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, and completed her dietetic internship and earned her Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics with an emphasis on Wellness at Bradley University.

Outside of time spent working with her clients and furthering her education, Paige enjoys walking her dog, reading, spending time with loved ones, coaching her local dance team, and taking naps.
