Addison is a registered dietitian who loves building meaningful connections with clients and cares that they feel heard and empowered as they work toward their nutrition goals, navigate diet culture, and improve their relationship with food and body image.
Addi uses a trauma-informed, client-led, Health at Every Size® approach to support clients on their nutrition journey. She honors body autonomy and prioritizes meeting clients where they are. She has experience providing nutrition counseling to individuals with a variety of health conditions and has a special interest in disordered eating, eating disorder recovery, and intuitive eating. Addi has worked with both adolescent and adult clients.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Arizona State University and completed her graduate dietetic internship with Illinois State University. Outside of work, Addi enjoys spending time with loved ones and being outdoors in nature. She also loves watching a good series or movie, and visiting coffee shops and restaurants.

Mia is a registered and licensed dietitian who is passionate about helping clients turn their nutrition goals into reality. She enjoys helping clients heal their relationship with food and their bodies, all while giving them the tools to increase their confidence around nutrition decisions! Mia uses a non-diet, Health at Every Size (HAES), intuitive eating approach to educate and help clients. She is confident she can help individuals with many different nutrition goals, and specializes in sports nutrition, eating disorders or disordered eating, and body image concerns.
Before joining Healthier Tomorrows, Mia completed her bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Food Science from the University of Vermont and her master’s degree in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Simmons University with a concentration in sports nutrition. She has worked previously for a community-based health center, helping clients create comprehensive nutrition goals and plans and encouraging them to stick with them!
Outside of work, Mia enjoys weightlifting, running, snowboarding, and generally being active. She also enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her cat, Nala!
Nicole is a registered dietitian who helps people build a positive, sustainable relationship with food while working toward their health goals. She believes food should be enjoyable at every stage of life and supports the Health at Every Size (HAES) approach to care.
She creates a welcoming, inclusive space for clients of all races, genders, ethnicities, and sexualities. Nicole is especially passionate about working with LGBTQA+ and neurodivergent individuals, and she tailors her care to honor each person’s background, learning style, and lived experience.

Outside of her professional life, Nicole enjoys spending time with her five cats, cooking for loved ones, playing games, and expressing herself through nail art. She’s a music enthusiast who balances quiet nights at home with festive outings like Mardi Gras and concerts. Her favorite foods—mac and cheese and nachos—reflect her belief that comfort and simplicity are just as meaningful as gourmet meals.

Kamryn is a registered dietitian based in Texas who specializes in helping adolescents and adults build a healthy, confident relationship with food while addressing complex nutrition concerns related to oncology, women’s health and PCOS, gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, and intuitive eating. Kamryn is a Certified Functional Nutrition Informed Professional. She takes a functional and integrative approach to help clients uncover root causes, ease symptoms, and feel empowered in their health journey.

Kamryn earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics from Texas Tech University, where she also completed her dietetic internship with concentrations in clinical nutrition and outpatient counseling. Before joining Healthier Tomorrows, she worked as a contract dietitian across a variety of settings, including rehabilitation facilities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, and nursing homes, and previously served in the State Department as a dietitian, gaining extensive experience in clinical and administrative nutrition care.
Outside of her work, Kamryn enjoys traveling (especially anywhere near the ocean), spending time with family and friends, and listening to Taylor Swift.
Sarah is a registered dietitian whose compassionate and person-centered approach helps her clients find realistic strategies for nourishment that promote a positive relationship with food. Sarah enjoys bridging the gap between nutrition science and personal and practical habits, while encouraging her clients to embrace their preferred foods and cuisines.
Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Clemson University, followed by working as a health program specialist with the United States Peace Corps in Moldova. She completed her dietetic internship in Denver, Colorado and, prior to moving into private practice, provided nutrition counseling as part of integrated perinatal health programs in Denver-area hospital systems, working alongside mental health and medical providers to provide holistic care during and after pregnancy.
Sarah’s specialties include fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum, in addition to nutrition for mood and anxiety disorders, disordered eating, body image, ADHD, perimenopause and menopause, as well as PCOS, thyroid disorders, and endometriosis.
Sarah remains committed to inclusive and judgment-free care that empowers individuals to explore supportive nutrition goals. She practices from a weight-inclusive, Health at Every Size, and trauma-informed lens. She treats all individuals with respect and kindness and acknowledges the oppressive systems in place that can be detrimental to an individual’s relationship with food and nutrition, disproportionately impacting those with marginalized identities.

Evie is a registered dietitian who enjoys building strong relationships with her clients and helping them to reshape their view and relationship with food as they move toward long-term goals. Evie uses a client-centered approach to nutrition counseling by meeting clients where they are and she practices through a non-diet lens that includes all foods.
Evie has experience supporting clients who are dealing with eating disorders, OCD behaviors around food, impulsive eating, disordered eating, diet culture myths, weight management and concerns, diabetes, and substance abuse. She believes in setting small, realistic lifestyle goals that help her clients to slowly work toward creating a stronger relationship with food and improving their long-term physical, mental, and emotional health.
Evie attended undergraduate school at Appalachian State University and received her Master’s of Science in Nutrition at Meredith College. She completed her clinical training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and lived in Nashville, TN for several years after completing her program. Evie holds the Certified Eating Disorder Specialist credential, which reflects her commitment to providing quality care in the field of eating disorders.
In her free time, Evie enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, running the greenway, and traveling with family and friends.
Regan is dedicated to helping individuals build a peaceful relationship with food and body that supports long-term wellbeing. With a commitment to compassionate care, she supports clients seeking greater stability, confidence, and quality of life. Whether navigating recovery, rebuilding body trust, or striving to develop habits that align with personal goals, Regan meets clients where they are.
Rooted in empathy and authenticity, Regan believes everyone deserves a supportive space to explore their needs and cultivate self-understanding. She views nutrition as a practical and empowering tool for enhancing daily life, from tuning in to hunger and fullness cues, to easing stress around eating, and creating lasting habits that feel flexible and fulfilling.
Her client-centered approach honors each person’s lived experience and focuses on real-life challenges rather than rigid rules or perfectionistic goals. Kerry is a registered dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who enjoys helping her clients find freedom with food. She is Health at Every Size aligned and uses the Intuitive Eating framework to guide her clients towards a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. She has a special interest in providing care to clients struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating. In addition, Kerry has years of experience working with clients to improve medical conditions such as diabetes, PCOS, hypertension (and more) using a “nutrition by addition” approach.
Kerry graduated from the University of Florida with her Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition, and completed her dietetic internship at the James A. Haley VA Hospital in Tampa, Florida. Before joining Healthier Tomorrows, she worked with Veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces on their journeys toward better health, in body, mind, and spirit. She also works as an assistant coach for a high school girls’ flag football team and is passionate about empowering young women to find enjoyment, satisfaction and self-confidence through athletics.
Outside of work, you can find her chasing her two young kids, doing DIY house projects, or attempting to write and illustrate a children’s book with her husband.
Madison is a registered dietitian dedicated to helping individuals heal their relationship with food, movement, and their bodies. She understands that navigating food can feel overwhelming, especially when it’s tied to emotions, past experiences, and deeply ingrained beliefs. With a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach, Madison supports clients in moving away from rigid food rules and cycles of restriction, bingeing, or dieting by guiding them toward a more peaceful and intuitive way of nourishing themselves.
Using the principles of Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size®, and All Foods Fit, Madison helps clients break free from guilt and shame around food while honoring their body’s unique needs. She meets each person where they are in their journey, providing individualized support that fosters trust, self-compassion, and lasting change.
Madison has experience working with individuals at all stages of eating disorder recovery, including those struggling with anorexia, binge eating, and chronic dieting. She has supported clients at the partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care. In addition to eating disorder treatment, Madison also enjoys helping clients navigate conditions such as cardiovascular health, diabetes, and general wellness by focusing on sustainable habits rather than weight-centric approaches.
Madison was born and raised in Northern Virginia outside of Washington, D.C. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from James Madison University and completed her dietetic internship at Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina.
In her free time, Madison enjoys trying new restaurants, taking trips to the beach, and spending time outside with her husband and Golden Retriever, Bowie. She also enjoys watching sports, hanging out with friends, or staying in to watch her favorite show, Friends!
McKenna is a compassionate registered dietitian who works with clients to build a peaceful, sustainable relationship with food. She practices using the principles of Health at Every Size® (HAES®) and embraces an “all foods fit” philosophy—helping clients break free from food rules and reconnect with their body’s cues and needs.
At the heart of McKenna’s approach is forming meaningful, respectful partnerships with her clients. She takes the time to get to know each individual and meets them where they’re at, recognizing that healing begins with trust, collaboration, and personalized care. Her goal is to support each client’s unique health journey through inclusive, evidence-based nutrition counseling.

During her internship, McKenna’s most meaningful experiences included working in an inpatient oncology unit and providing care at an eating disorder rehabilitation center—both of which continue to shape her compassionate, whole-person approach to nutrition.
McKenna began her career in long-term care, where she developed expertise in supporting older adults with chronic disease management, malnutrition, and weight-related concerns.
Outside of her work, McKenna enjoys cooking new recipes, hiking, reading, and spending time with her family—and she’s a proud dog lover who’s always happy to swap pet stories with clients. She strives to make nutrition approachable, inclusive, and aligned with each client’s goals, values, and lifestyle.
