She is caring and curious, and is always looking for opportunities to learn more about food, nutrition and her clients, and the ways in which she can help her clients make changes to support improved health! Amy believes that, at its core, food should be a fun and enjoyable part of life, and she strives to help her clients find balance, both in and out of the kitchen. She takes a root-cause approach to all health obstacles, and she takes pride in meeting her clients where they are, no matter their starting point.
