Anna is a registered dietitian committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make decisions that support their long-term wellbeing. She is especially passionate about supporting clients in recovery from eating disorders and disordered eating. She integrates HAES and Intuitive Eating principles to support clients in letting go of rigid food rules and cultivating a positive, guilt-free approach to eating. Anna recognizes that each client’s goals and needs are different. She believes in using a collaborative approach to honor each client’s lived experience and tailor nutrition care to their values and journey.
Anna has experience supporting adolescent and adult clients throughout different stages of eating disorder recovery including inpatient, residential, and outpatient levels of care. She also loves working with athletes and active individuals who want to feel their best in training and daily life. Peak performance requires more than just pushing through: Anna uses a targeted and flexible approach to sports nutrition to help clients become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves.

Anna was born and raised in Connecticut and moved to Chicago to pursue a professional ballet career. She later completed a Bachelor and Master of Science in Nutrition as well as her dietetic internship through the University of Illinois at Chicago, including a clinical rotation at Rogers Behavioral Health. In her free time, Anna enjoys cooking, baking, reading, yoga, strength training, and hanging out with her cat, Polly.
Hannah is a registered dietitian who loves getting to partner with clients to develop a healthy relationship with food and body image. Hannah practices from a Health at Every Size (HAES), weight-neutral, and trauma-informed philosophy, prioritizing an empathic and flexible approach to nutrition. Her goal is to help every client connect with their values and have their relationship with food support the life they want to live. She believes that you are the expert of your experience and strives to provide a safe space to explore what health and wellness mean to you.
Hannah completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Messiah University, with a highlight from her undergrad education being her semester abroad in Rwanda. She completed her Master of Public Health and dietetic internship at Samford University, where she interned at an eating disorder treatment center, solidifying her passion for supporting clients walking through recovery. Hannah has worked in several levels of care, including inpatient, residential, and partial-hospitalization, working with both adolescent and adult clients with various eating disorder diagnoses. She has experience planning food exposures, challenging negative food beliefs, and leading education sessions for those supporting loved ones in recovery.
Hannah values combining evidence-based interventions with creative solutions that honor each person’s unique needs and goals. Hannah is an advocate for prioritizing mental health and strives to always lead with compassion and curiosity. She believes that all bodies deserve respect and nourishment and feels passionate about the intersection between social justice, food, and wellness.
In her free time, Hannah loves thrifting, listening to podcasts, enjoying time with family and friends, and spending a night in watching reality TV with a bowl of chocolate ice cream.
Chelsea is a registered and licensed dietitian with over 15 years of experience supporting clients on their healing journeys with food, body, and movement. Her approach integrates an anti-diet philosophy, a Health at Every Size® (HAES) framework, trauma-informed care, and a focus on cultivating an intuitive, somatic connection to nourishment and embodiment.
Chelsea specializes in treating eating disorders, disordered eating, and those seeking to improve their relationship with food and body. She also provides nutrition support for individuals managing chronic health conditions.
Throughout her career, Chelsea has worked across all levels of eating disorder care, serving in roles ranging from direct care and dietitian to director of clinical services. She is passionate about leadership and mentorship, and is committed to fostering clinical excellence and compassion within teams and organizations.
Chelsea has a BS in Dietetics and an MS in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Approved Consultant (CEDS-C), a member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP), and a member of NetworkED, a professional community for eating disorder providers in the St. Louis area. She is currently completing the final phase of certification to become a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, deepening her work at the intersection of the mind-body connection.
Chelsea lives in St. Louis with her husband, two young children, and their dog. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local adventures with her family, reading, and spending time in nature.
