Stacia is a registered and licensed dietitian passionate about helping individuals develop a more peaceful relationship with food. As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), Stacia enjoys working with clients along any part of the eating disorder/disordered eating spectrum. She practices from an anti-diet, Health at Every Size (HAES) approach, along with a LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming lens. Stacia strives to create a collaborative environment that feels supportive and nonjudgmental. She enjoys using humor and connection to individualize care to all clients while supporting them in their journey to recovery.
In addition to eating disorders, Stacia is passionate about helping neurodivergent clients develop more sustainable relationships with food, along with clients who are stuck in chronic dieting or disordered eating cycles.
Before joining Healthier Tomorrows, Stacia has experience working with both adolescent and adult clients of all genders with eating disorders, disordered eating, substance abuse, and co-occurring mental health diagnoses in higher levels of care. Stacia received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Ashland University and completed her dietetic internship and Master’s of Nutrition at Northern Illinois University.
Outside of work, you can find her relaxing with her 2 cats, Spumoni and Toni, and reading a good book. She also enjoys spending time outside, doing aerial silks, and going to concerts and hockey games!
“Navigating recovery can be a difficult process, and I would be honored to support you in your journey!”
