Lindsay is a registered dietitian who believes nutrition should be flexible and personalized. Her approach is practical, compassionate, and centered on meeting clients where they are. She works collaboratively with each person to establish realistic, sustainable goals that fit into real life. She believes moderation is key and that everyone should be able to enjoy the foods they love. Whether a client is learning to manage portion sizes, finding a comfortable balance with certain foods, or letting go of food guilt, her goal is to help them develop a healthy, confident relationship with food.
Lindsay also helps clients explore the reasons behind their motivation for making healthy changes or setting nutrition goals. By understanding what matters most to each person, she supports them in creating meaningful, achievable goals that align with their everyday lives. Above all, she strives to help clients feel more confident in their food choices and empowered to make decisions that support their health and well-being.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. With more than 15 years of experience in the dietetics field, Lindsay brings a broad range of clinical and nutrition expertise to her work with clients. For the past three years, she has provided care through telehealth, developing meaningful connections and building trust with clients in a virtual setting. She is committed to making each appointment valuable and applicable to her client’s daily life. Her areas of focus include diabetes management, cardiovascular health, GLP-1 support, cooking and meal preparation, weight and metabolism, eating disorder recovery, and intuitive eating.
Outside of work, Lindsay loves spending time with her husband and their four children. Together, they enjoy attending concerts and comedy shows, swimming, golfing, cooking, and playing board games.
