Jordan is a registered dietitian who is passionate about helping individuals build a balanced, sustainable, and compassionate relationship with food, movement, and their bodies. She practices from a non-diet, “all foods fit” perspective and believes nutrition is deeply connected to mental health, physical health, life experiences, and environment. Jordan takes a client-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach, meeting each person where they are and working together to create realistic, meaningful change in a safe, supportive space.
With a background in psychology, Jordan understands how closely thoughts, behaviors, and nutrition are intertwined. She supports clients navigating disordered eating, rigid food rules, and mental health challenges, helping them feel seen, supported, and capable of change. She is especially passionate about helping people become “unstuck,” guiding clients to release self-judgment, rebuild self-trust, and move toward food freedom.
Jordan also has a special interest in working with athletes, individuals with PCOS or those interested in anti-inflammatory eating, and individuals exploring plant-based eating. As a lifelong athlete, she understands the pressures surrounding performance, body image, and fueling. She enjoys supporting athletes in both performance nutrition and healing their relationship with food, helping them balance performance, long-term health, and joy in movement.
Jordan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Film from Lafayette College and her Master of Public Health in Nutritional Sciences with a concentration in Dietetics from the University of Michigan. Originally from New York and now based in Denver, Colorado, she loves spending time outdoors — running, hiking, swimming, relaxing in a hammock, and exploring nature. She also enjoys competing with her adult gymnastics team, baking sourdough, visiting new coffee shops, painting, and spending time with animals.
