Elizabeth is a registered and licensed dietitian who is dedicated to helping clients achieve their health goals through personalized, client-centered nutrition care. She believes that every individual’s relationship with food and health is unique, and she approaches her work with empathy and a trauma-informed perspective. Elizabeth creates a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make sustainable changes.
Her professional experience spans both inpatient and outpatient settings. In the ICU, she managed complex nutrition needs, including enteral and parenteral nutrition, and cared for patients with a variety of conditions such as renal disease, gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and neurological disorders.
Elizabeth also has extensive experience in oncology nutrition. She has worked closely with patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiation, supporting both patients and their families through a high-stress, emotionally and physically challenging time. She provides practical, compassionate strategies to help manage side effects, maintain nourishment, and improve overall quality of life.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois, and completed her clinically focused dietetic internship at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas. Her combined inpatient and outpatient experience allows her to bring a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to every client she works with.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys staying active through Pilates, weight lifting, and hiking. She also loves camping and spending quality time with her family, making the most of the outdoors whenever possible.
