Aizya (pronounced like ‘Asia’) has a passion for food, art, and psychology that led her straight into the delicious world of nutrition!
Countless hours glued to the Food Network, along with childhood summers crafting imaginary cookbooks and diving into culinary encyclopedias, have cooked up her unique recipe for promoting a balanced relationship with food and wellness. As a dietitian, she sees food as more than just fuel. It’s a cultural buffet, a nostalgic feast, and it feeds not just our bodies but our souls, too!
Aizya is experienced in supporting clients who are navigating prediabetes, diabetes, cardiovascular health, and intuitive eating. Other areas of particular interest are Gl health, sports nutrition, weight management, and plant-forward eating.
Through workshops, community events, and one-on-one consultations Aizya shares her enthusiasm for exploring diverse cuisines and discovering the stories behind them. Encouraging others to embrace mindful eating, she aims to empower individuals to appreciate the art of nourishment, fostering a deeper connection between their dietary choices and overall well-being.
Ultimately, Aizya’s goal is to inspire a lifelong love affair with food—one that celebrates diversity, honors our roots, and nurtures a future of healthy, happy living.
