Evie's Bio
Evie Copeland is a registered dietitian who enjoys building strong relationships with her clients and helping them to reshape their view and relationship with food and move towards long term goals. Evie uses a client centered approach with nutrition counseling, meeting clients half way and practices from a non-diet, all-inclusive food approach.
Evie has experience working with clients struggling with eating disorders, OCD behaviors around food, impulsive eating, disordered eating, diet culture myths, weight management and concerns, diabetes, and substance abuse. She believes in setting small, realistic lifestyle goals that help her clients to slowly work towards creating a stronger relationship with food and improving their long-term physical, mental, and emotional health.
Evie attended undergraduate school at Appalachian State University and received her Masters of Science in Nutrition at Meredith College. She completed her clinical training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and lived in Nashville, TN for several years after completing her program.
In her free time, Evie enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, running the greenway, and traveling with family and friends. Evie is also working towards obtaining her Certified Eating Disorder Specialist certification.
