We partner with neurodiverse clients to provide individualized, practical, and empowering support for their health. This can include body doubling during mealtimes, helping with grocery shopping and meal planning, or providing affirming ideas and education. Our aim is to help individuals build sustainable habits tailored to their needs. We’re dedicated to helping our clients cultivate a positive relationship with food and their bodies—free from pressure or shame. With a specialized dietitian who truly understands neurodiversity, clients can find support to help them thrive now and in the future.

At Healthier Tomorrows, we seek to support the nutrition and well-being of our neurodivergent clients. Our services can assist with sensory sensitivities with foods during cooking and mealtimes, support executive functioning and the nourishment process, and provide ideas and guidance for navigating a world that prioritizes neurotypical experiences. We specialize in inclusive care that acknowledges the diverse ways brains and bodies function. Our team has experience supporting individuals across the spectrum of lived experiences, including those with autism, ADHD, and sensory processing differences.
We create a flexible, inclusive environment where each person’s needs are heard, their experiences validated, and their goals respected.
We are a warm and affirming practice that is open to clients of all physical abilities, races, sizes, ages, gender identities, religions and ethnic groups.
