Addison's Bio

Addison is a registered dietitian who loves building meaningful connections with clients and cares that they feel heard and empowered as they work toward their nutrition goals, navigate diet culture, and improve their relationship with food and body image.

Addi uses a trauma-informed, client-led, Health at Every Size® approach to support clients on their nutrition journey. She honors body autonomy and prioritizes meeting clients where they are. She has experience providing nutrition counseling to individuals with a variety of health conditions and has a special interest in disordered eating, eating disorder recovery, and intuitive eating. Addi has worked with both adolescent and adult clients.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Arizona State University and completed her graduate dietetic internship with Illinois State University. Outside of work, Addi enjoys spending time with loved ones and being outdoors in nature. She also loves watching a good series or movie, and visiting coffee shops and restaurants.

“I want to acknowledge my own privilege as a cisgender woman living in a white, straight-sized body. I want you to know that I care about and value your unique lived experiences. I will hold space for you and listen without judgment. I understand the importance of viewing health through a holistic and trauma-informed lens. I want you to feel heard and empowered as we work together toward nourishment and finding joy in food and nutrition.”
