Nicole is a registered dietitian who helps people build a positive, sustainable relationship with food while working toward their health goals. She believes food should be enjoyable at every stage of life and supports the Health at Every Size (HAES) approach to care.
She creates a welcoming, inclusive space for clients of all races, genders, ethnicities, and sexualities. Nicole is especially passionate about working with LGBTQA+ and neurodivergent individuals, and she tailors her care to honor each person’s background, learning style, and lived experience.

Nicole holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Baking & Pastry Arts and Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University, and completed her dietetic internship at Tulane University in New Orleans. She has taught both hands-on and virtual culinary nutrition classes, blending her love of food with practical, approachable guidance.
Outside of her professional life, Nicole enjoys spending time with her five cats, cooking for loved ones, playing games, and expressing herself through nail art. She’s a music enthusiast who balances quiet nights at home with festive outings like Mardi Gras and concerts. Her favorite foods—mac and cheese and nachos—reflect her belief that comfort and simplicity are just as meaningful as gourmet meals.
Nicole approaches health through a holistic and trauma-informed lens. She is committed to helping clients feel heard, supported, and empowered—and would be honored to walk alongside them on their journey toward nourishment and joy in food.
