Kylee's Bio
Kylee is a registered and licensed dietitian with a passion for helping clients create a better relationship with food. She uses a kind and compassionate approach that focuses on targeting life-interfering coping strategies and beliefs about food and the body. She does this through a non-diet, all-inclusive food, and weight neutral approach. Kylee understands how tough it can be to recover from an eating disorder and to create a better relationship with food. She will be there to support you, provide nutrition education and interventions to help you reach your goals!
Kylee has experience working in the outpatient level of care with disordered eating adult clients. She also has experience working with adolescent clients in residential level of care where she worked with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, orthorexia, BED, OSFED, and ARFID. Kylee loves working with all ages but especially enjoys working with adolescents and families! Kylee understands that families don’t always get the education they need on how to support a loved one in recovery; she enjoys educating and collaborating with families to improve the home dynamic around food, which helps the entire family.
Kylee received her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Illinois State University and completed her supervised practice training through Wellness Workdays Dietetic Internship.
In her free time, Kylee loves trying new restaurants, going on nature walks, rollerblading, playing volleyball, weightlifting, listening to music, baking, and spending time with friends.
