Loni is a registered dietitian with a great passion for supporting her clients as they navigate their own personal journeys toward a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food and the body. Although Loni has outpatient experience in many areas of medical nutrition counseling, she truly feels most impactful when working with clients that struggle with eating disorders and disordered eating behaviors. Additionally, Loni loves supporting clients living with autoimmune diseases, as she actively relies on her own vast nutrition background to support her own wellbeing, as she, herself, is someone who lives with chronic autoimmune conditions, including celiac disease.
Loni knows that all clients present at different levels of readiness and motivation when navigating their own nutrition journeys. Loni strives to meet each client at his, her, or their level of readiness, working to provide individualized, goal-oriented, compassionate care throughout the client-dietitian relationship.
Loni holds two undergraduate degrees from West Chester University of Pennsylvania – a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. Additionally, she holds a minor in psychology, and throughout her career as a dietitian, continues to hold a strong interest in the intersection of nutrition and mental health. She completed her dietetic training concurrently with her Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at St. Louis University.
A lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area, Loni enjoys spending her free time cooking, baking, reading, and spending time with her husband and Oliver, their miniature schnauzer. Not only is Loni an avid Philadelphia sports fan, she is also a huge baseball fan in general (GO PHILLIES!!!).
Fun fact: Loni plans to visit every MLB ballpark, and so far, has visited 9 out of 30 stadiums.
Carly Pine is a registered and licensed dietitian passionate about individualized nutrition education for each client’s needs and overall well-being. Carly’s previous experience has demonstrated that success is not always linear, and she has therefore made it a priority to be a consistent, guiding hand in each of her client’s recoveries. She is well-versed in trauma-informed care and works diligently to create an emotionally and physically safe atmosphere for each of her clients. Carly prides herself on her empathetic, warm nature and non-judgemental nutrition counseling style along with her consistent dedication to the Health at Every Size (HAES) and All Foods Fit frameworks.
Before joining Healthier Tomorrows, Carly worked as a dietitian in an eating disorder treatment center with both adolescent and adult clients in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels of care. Carly helped clients heal their relationships with body image, food, and physical activity through one-on-one sessions and facilitated weekly body image and nutrition education skill groups. She has significant experience guiding family sessions, developing individualized meal plans, and conducting various food exposure therapies. Carly has worked closely with clients with co-occurring mental health diagnoses including, but not limited to, addictions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Carly has significant experience serving the following communities: LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, transgender, non-binary, and neurodivergent individuals.
Carly’s specific nutrition-related interests include addiction recovery, ARFID, cooking lessons, eating disorder recovery, family-based treatment, and intuitive eating in addition to supervising meal preparation and leading grocery store tours in the Chicago-land area.
Carly received her Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She completed her dietetic internship and earned a Master’s in Nutrition from Rush University.
In her free time, Carly loves to try new coffee shops all over the city of Chicago and baking her fan-favorite banana bread. More often than not, you can find her watching a Marvel movie or The Great British Baking Show while cuddled up with her mini cockapoo, Payton (Go Chicago Bears!).
Jill is an anti-diet Registered Dietitian, working within a Health at Every Size® framework. She is also a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) through the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals.
Jill received a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics with a specialization in Health Promotion from Michigan State University. She then completed her clinical training through the internship program at Loyola University Chicago. Jill is passionate about working with individuals with disordered eating and eating disorders. She has over 15 years of experience working with clients at the inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient levels of care.
Jill is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to promote intuitive eating, reduce shame, and establish healthy and happy relationships with food and body image. She provides a compassionate, supportive and non-judgmental environment, allowing clients to gain the knowledge and skills needed to restore their health and relationship with food.
Jill lives with her husband and young daughter in the Chicago suburbs. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Haley is a registered and licensed dietitian with a passion for helping clients achieve optimal health outcomes by applying knowledge of preventative health care, mindfulness and clinical nutrition. Haley focuses on building relationships and providing a safe environment for her clients to share their struggles. Haley helps her clients remove the rules and learn that all food can fit. She believes food is meant to be enjoyed and to nourish our bodies and minds.
Haley received her bachelor’s degree from Fontbonne University and completed her clinical training at St. Louis University. She also received her MEd at Plymouth State University in Plymouth, NH. Before joining Healthier Tomorrows, Haley worked with patients diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease receiving dialysis. Prior to that, she worked in an outpatient setting where she worked with adults and adolescents diagnosed with eating disorders, diabetes, Celiac Disease and other health conditions.
In her spare time, Haley loves doing DIY house projects with her husband and spending time with her family. She also enjoys hiking, golfing and thrifting.
Hannah Rivard is a registered and licensed dietitian passionate about providing individualized nutrition education tailored to each client’s needs and overall well-being. Hannah believes that individualized care is incredibly important, and she prioritizes that with all of her clients. She is well-versed in trauma-informed care and works diligently to create an emotionally and physically safe atmosphere for each of her clients. Hannah takes pride in providing a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental nutrition counseling space along with her consistent dedication to the Health at Every Size (HAES) and All Foods Fit frameworks.
Before joining Healthier Tomorrows, Hannah worked as a dietitian in an eating disorder treatment center with both adolescent and adult clients in residential and inpatient levels of care. Hannah helped clients heal their relationships with body image, food, and physical activity through individual sessions, nutrition education groups, individualized exposures and body image work. She has a strong background in Family Based Therapy, and significant experience guiding family sessions, developing individualized meal plans, and conducting various food exposure therapies. Hannah has worked closely with clients with co-occurring mental health diagnoses including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Hannah has significant experience also working with individuals struggling with ARFID.
Prior to working with eating disorders, Hannah also gained experience working at multiple children’s hospitals working in both pediatric and neonatal nutrition, along with lactation support. Hannah’s specific nutrition-related interests include eating disorder recovery, ARFID, sports nutrition, pregnancy and women’s health, and intuitive eating.
Hannah received her Bachelor of Science with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Vermont. She completed her Masters in Nutrition and Health Promotion as well as her Dietetic Internship at Simmons University, with a focus on the treatment of eating disorders.
In her free time, Hannah loves to try new restaurants and coffee shops around New England. She enjoys hiking, traveling, cooking and baking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Lauren’s mission as a dietitian is to empower her clients with the tools and knowledge to make confident, informed choices about nutrition. She is dedicated to supporting individuals from all walks of life, meeting her clients where they are at on their journey, and removing the stress often associated with food. By seeing each client as a whole person and providing individualized care, she strives to create a supportive and personalized experience that fosters both physical well-being and personal growth.
Lauren enjoys creating a comfortable and affirming environment where she can make the information digestible (pun intended) and truly actionable for her clients’ lives. Together, she believes in uncovering solutions to any barriers, while always keeping the big picture in mind. Lauren is focused on implementing a weight neutral and non-diet method to nutrition counseling. She creates a welcoming and inclusive space for queer-identifying and LGBTQIA+ individuals, as well as those who are neurodivergent and have diverse nutrition needs.
Lauren feels comfortable with clients with complex medical histories, including: post critical hospitalization and new diagnoses; pre/post transplant (heart, liver, kidney, pancreas, lung); ADPKD and chronic kidney disease; cirrhosis of the liver, NASH/NAFLD; neurologic disorders such as Parkinson’s, dementia and traumatic brain injury; chronic heart failure and coronary artery disease; respiratory dysfunction such as COPD; gastrointestinal dysfunctions such as dysphagia, Crohn’s disease, acid reflux, IBS, short bowel, and ostomy care; diabetes; thyroid conditions; autoimmune disorders; oncology and general wellness.
Though Lauren’s hobbies and interests are ever evolving, the constants are consuming pop culture, expanding her music library, reading fantasy and science fiction, dancing with her cats (Ken and Dennis), traveling and board game nights with her chosen family.
Allie is a friendly and approachable registered dietitian who enjoys connecting with clients at any stage of their nutrition journey, and helping them develop a healthy relationship with food in a culture dominated by dieting.
Allie’s approach to nutrition is centered around Health at Every Size®, Intuitive Eating, and a non-diet philosophy. She’s particularly enthusiastic about working with kids, teens, and adults to help them navigate their specific nutrition needs and goals. Allie has a special interest in eating disorder recovery, diabetes management, ARFID, family-based therapy, intuitive eating, and hormonal/autoimmune concerns.
Before joining Healthier Tomorrows, Allie worked at the partial hospitalization level of care, in a facility that provided personalized care for eating disorders. In that role, she conducted individual nutrition counseling sessions, led nutrition education and cooking groups, and organized food exposure sessions with her patients. Allie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and biology from North Carolina State University and her Master of Science in Nutrition from Meredith College.
In her free time, Allie loves getting lost in a good book and exploring new restaurants. She also enjoys listening to true crime podcasts and compelling stories and mysteries.
Rachel is a registered and licensed dietitian with a passion for helping clients optimize their health outcomes while discovering the root-cause of their symptoms, intolerances, or hormonal imbalances. Rachel believes in the human body’s inherent wisdom, that when given the right tools, it can heal itself. She is well versed in functional nutrition and works hard to discover the root-cause of unexplainable health issues and symptoms. Rachel believes that all clients should be heard and their concerns validated, and that there are myriad options to support hormonal health or seemingly mysterious symptoms.
Before joining Healthier Tomorrows, Rachel worked with oncology patients to help them thrive through their treatment, optimize their nutrition status, and prevent cancer recurrence. She has had success working with individuals with many different nutrition related medical conditions, and has guided them through lowering their blood sugar, cholesterol, and blood pressure, as well as helping women with estrogen dominance, PCOS, and nutrition support during pregnancy and postpartum.
Rachel obtained her undergraduate degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics at Western Carolina University and completed her dietetic internship through Lenoir Rhyne University. She would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey to achieving optimal nutritional and physical health!
Kara is a registered dietitian that is passionate about providing judgment-free, individualized nutrition counseling while meeting clients where they are at in their journey. Kara practices from a non-diet, Health at Every Size, and trauma-informed perspective. She aims to help others understand their relationship with food and how it impacts their minds and bodies. Kara has experience working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, addiction, weight and metabolism, and sports nutrition. As a runner herself, she believes in the importance of fueling to feel and perform your best!
Kara graduated from Appalachian State University with a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Foods – Dietetics. Kara then went on to complete a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition combined with a dietetic internship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Before Healthier Tomorrows, she worked with a residential facility working with clients with eating, mood, and substance use disorders. Kara has experience facilitating 1:1 cooking lessons, restaurant and food exposures, and grocery store tours.
In her free time, Kara enjoys running with her run club, baking/cooking new recipes, and spending time with her two pugs (Cashew and Cannoli)! On the weekend, you can find her trying out local Chicago coffee shops and walking through the farmer’s market!
Kelly is a licensed registered dietitian who takes an empathetic, goal-oriented approach to helping her clients appreciate the beauty of food and its power to nourish the body. Knowing that people have unique and personal relationships with food, Kelly focuses on helping her clients explore and identify any obstacles that may get in the way of desired food behaviors. By partnering with each client, she is able to guide the process of establishing goals that are both attainable and long-lasting.
Kelly earned her BS in Nutrition from Benedictine University, completed a post-baccalaureate internship at Loyola University, and received a diplome de cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu in London, England. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is part of the Behavioral Health, Weight Management, and Food and Culinary Professionals dietetic practice groups. She often uses her culinary background to include sensory experiences aimed at building and achieving mindfulness through innovative cooking demos, recipe development, and eating exercises.
Before joining Healthier Tomorrows, Kelly worked in a public health setting supporting adolescents and young adults who struggled with food-related issues that included food insecurity and malnutrition, disordered eating, weight management, vitamin/mineral deficiencies, and hormonal-related issues that affect hunger and satiety. Kelly has a particular interest in working with clients who have binge eating tendencies, providing education and guidance on how to modify this eating behavior.
In her free time, Kelly is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, and appreciating all things that nature has to offer. She also enjoys spending time in the kitchen creating recipes and sharing meals with family and friends.
