Madison's Bio

Madison is a registered dietitian dedicated to helping individuals heal their relationship with food, movement, and their bodies. She understands that navigating food can feel overwhelming, especially when it’s tied to emotions, past experiences, and deeply ingrained beliefs. With a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach, Madison supports clients in moving away from rigid food rules and cycles of restriction, bingeing, or dieting by guiding them toward a more peaceful and intuitive way of nourishing themselves.

Using the principles of Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size®, and All Foods Fit, Madison helps clients break free from guilt and shame around food while honoring their body’s unique needs. She meets each person where they are in their journey, providing individualized support that fosters trust, self-compassion, and lasting change.

Madison has experience working with individuals at all stages of eating disorder recovery, including those struggling with anorexia, binge eating, and chronic dieting. She has supported clients at the partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care. In addition to eating disorder treatment, Madison also enjoys helping clients navigate conditions such as cardiovascular health, diabetes, and general wellness by focusing on sustainable habits rather than weight-centric approaches.

Madison was born and raised in Northern Virginia outside of Washington, D.C. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from James Madison University and completed her dietetic internship at Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina.
In her free time, Madison enjoys trying new restaurants, taking trips to the beach, and spending time outside with her husband and Golden Retriever, Bowie. She also enjoys watching sports, hanging out with friends, or staying in to watch her favorite show, Friends!
