Jaclyn's Bio
Jaclyn is a Master’s level registered dietitian with over a decade of experience. She has specialized in treating eating disorders and disordered eating since the beginning of her career and has worked across various levels of care, including Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) settings.
With a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach, Jaclyn counsels through the Health At Every Size® (HAES®) framework, helping clients build a positive relationship with food, movement, and their bodies. She integrates extensive clinical knowledge with compassionate, individualized care to support her clients.
In her practice, Jaclyn assesses each client’s unique nutritional needs, addresses co-occurring medical conditions, provides nutrition education, facilitates behavior change, and provides realistic suggestions. She empowers clients to rediscover the pleasure of food, break free from rigid food rules, build body trust, and reconnect with internal hunger and fullness cues.
In addition to her clinical work, Jaclyn is an iaedp-approved specialist and consultant, mentoring dietitians who are new to the field of eating disorders. She is passionate about providing guidance and education to help fellow professionals develop confidence and competence in this specialized area of nutrition.
In her free time, Jaclyn enjoys exploring Long Island, NY, with her husband and two children.
