Angèle is a North Carolina-based size-inclusive, culturally affirming and trauma-informed registered dietitian nutritionist.
Angèle is passionate about helping people enjoy their food while prioritizing their health.
Angèle’s mission is to support people in healing their relationships with food and their bodies, grounded in the belief that all bodies are good bodies.
Bringing joy and compassion into nutrition therapy, Angèle celebrates the nourishing foods and traditions found in every culture and community. She works closely with each person to set nutrition goals that fit their unique needs, values, and desired health outcomes, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for growth and healing.
In addition to her previous experience in acute care and private practice, Angèle has led classes and workshops in community settings both virtually and in person. She has taught workshops at institutions and conferences such as Hunter College, the Gullah Geechee Herbal Gathering and the Black Farmers and Urban Gardeners National Conference.

Angèle received her Master of Clinical Nutrition from New York University and completed her dietetic internship at University of North Carolina Greensboro. In her personal time, Angèle enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, gardening, yoga, hiking, strength training, beach hangs, traveling, tea meet-ups and spending quality time with loved ones.
