Lauren's Bio
Lauren is a registered dietitian whose passion for helping others build a peaceful relationship with food, exercise, and body is what drew her to this field. She has experience working in the field of eating disorder treatment at the PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels of care with all age groups, including adults, college students, and adolescent families. Lauren has specialized experience supporting families and adolescents through the recovery process using a FBT and EFFT approach.

Lauren uses a compassionate approach that combines a greater understanding of nutrition and a safe space for clients to challenge unhelpful food and body behaviors. Through the incorporation of evidence-based practices, intuitive eating and Health at Every Size (HAES) principles, Lauren is committed to empowering others to shift away from unrealistic food and body standards in order to help them find what feels sustainable and joyful.
In addition, Lauren enjoys counseling focused on sports nutrition, GI health, and general wellness. She also offers virtual meal support and grocery shopping so that her clients feel well supported when working with her.
