Morgan Jones RD, LDN, CNSC

Posted April 3, 2024

Morgan is a dedicated registered and licensed dietitian who has always harbored an insatiable passion for nutrition. It’s a field where science intertwines with everyday life, and where misinformation can lead to significant consequences. Her journey into this realm began with a simple fascination for how food impacts our bodies, minds, and overall well-being. Along this journey, she realized the prevalence of misinformation surrounding nutrition. In today’s world where everyone seems to be an expert and fad diets reign supreme, separating fact from fiction can be a daunting task. Yet, it’s a challenge Morgan has wholeheartedly embraced. Her mission is to not only to provide individuals with sound nutritional guidance but also to empower them with the skills to navigate through the sea of misinformation. There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing that “aha” moment for patients or clients. It’s a moment of clarity that not only transforms their approach to food but also instills a newfound sense of confidence in their dietary decisions.

Morgan was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. She liked the idea of warm weather, so moved south to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Family Consumer Sciences at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. She completed her internship at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN with an emphasis on Medical Nutrition Therapy. She called Nashville her home for 8 years before moving to Dallas, TX where she now resides.

Prior to joining Healthier Tomorrows, she initially worked helping clients achieve and maintain their wellness goals through healthy eating, activity, and lifestyle modification. She moved away from this, and then found a passion in clinical nutrition with a specialty in transplant, renal, and ICU Medical Nutrition Therapy.  Morgan has significant experience providing education and guidance for patients with digestive concerns, diabetes, heart failure, hypertension, and liver failure. She is a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician to provide quality nutrition support care.  She is excited to now focus on supporting clients in an outpatient setting.

In her free time, she loves to run outdoors, cook, read, organize, explore new restaurants, and spend time with friends and her husband.

“I love working with clients who have spent a lot of time and energy trying to feel better/healthy with little to no success. As a functional nutrition dietitian, I have found that working with these individuals can bring them the peace that comes with finding solutions to problems they have battled for years. The problems may be irregular, painful menstrual cycles, chronic gut issues, PCOS, chronic stress and fatigue, and more. I find it helpful to combine nervous system regulation with lifestyle and dietary habit changes in order to help one heal. It’s never too late to start living and feeling well.”

Paige attended Benedictine University to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, and completed her dietetic internship and earned her Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics with an emphasis on Wellness at Bradley University.
