Megan J. Campbell MS, RD, LDN, CEDRD

Photo by Andrew Collings.Megan founded Healthier Tomorrows in 2009 with the goal of creating a warm and welcoming nutrition practice where clients with all types of nutrition needs would feel understood and supported. She is passionate about assisting individuals in their recovery from eating disorders and addiction, and she provides comprehensive, compassionate, and versatile nutrition therapy. Her counseling techniques provide her clients with information, skills, support, and motivation to move forward in their recovery journey.

Megan is a registered and licensed dietitian and received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Whitman College and a Master of Science in Nutrition from Bastyr University. She completed her clinical training through the University of Houston, completing rotations at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Texas Children’s Hospital, Baylor College of Medicine, and Memorial Hermann Hospital.

Megan is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutrition dietetic practice group, the Behavioral Health Nutrition dietetic practice group, the National Eating Disorders Association, and is a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. She enjoys consulting with treatment programs in the Chicagoland area, as well as working with individuals and groups at her office in Lincoln Park.

Jill Rhodaberger-Foldes, RD, LDN

Jill FoldesJill received a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics with a specialization in Health Promotion from Michigan State University. She received her clinical training through Loyola University Chicago, completing rotations at Saint Francis Hospital, Northwestern Memorial Hospital Wellness Institute, and Loretto Hospital.

By utilizing realistic and effective counseling approaches, Jill assists clients to overcome barriers and reach their nutrition and wellness goals. She is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to accomplish a common goal! Jill provides a supportive and non-judgmental environment, allowing clients to gain the knowledge and skills needed to restore their health and relationship with food.

Jill has extensive experience working with clients impacted by eating disorders, and appetite concerns related to depression, anxiety and substance abuse. She also works with individuals looking for assistance with food allergies, diabetes management, cardiovascular conditions, and general wellness.

Jill spends her free time cooking, reading, traveling and exploring the neighborhoods of Chicago. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her dog Murphy.

Sarita Aguirre, MS, RDN, LDN

Sarita attended the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics, and completed her dietetic internship and earned her Master of Science in Nutrition at Northern Illinois University. She began her career as a registered dietitian working with clients with eating, mood, and/or anxiety disorders at residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care. Sarita also has experience working with athletes, those needing special dietary accommodations, and those with general health and wellness needs. In her time as a RD, Sarita has enjoyed working with clinicians from multiple disciplines, and recognizes the value in a team-based approach to providing patient care and support.

Sarita believes in helping each client learn, develop, and apply skills to find a balanced relationship with food and live their best life. She uses effective listening, empathy, open communication, and humor to connect with her clients. Sarita collaborates with clients to create a supportive environment where they can find autonomy and confidence. She believes in the power of small steps and how they can build lasting, lifelong change.

She enjoys traveling, laughing and having fun with friends and family, cooking, music, and movies.

Emily Sanders, RD, LDN

Emily SandersEmily is a registered and licensed dietitian experienced working with clients with eating disorders, disordered eating and other behavioral health-related nutritional issues. Emily has experience with clinical, medical and psychiatric nutrition therapy and has worked with clients in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient levels of care. Emily received a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and completed her clinical training through the University of Tennessee at Martin. Emily is available to see clients from throughout the North Shore in Healthier Tomorrows’ downtown Evanston office.

Emily uses an individualized, client-centered approach, and she believes that understanding where a client has been and what prior successes and challenges clients have had plays an important part in supporting each client’s path toward recovery. Emily also enjoys working collaboratively with other professionals to support her clients in their recovery journey.

Emily is the current Membership Chair for the Heartland Chapter of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals, and she is pursuing a Master’s in Counseling.

Vanessa Lennie, MS, RDN, LDN

Vanessa received a Bachelors of Science from the University of Wisconsin and a Masters of Science in Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). She completed her clinical training through UIC, completing rotations at Rogers Behavioral Health and Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital. Before pursuing a career as a registered dietitian, Vanessa worked in the media industry for several years.

Through practical applications of nutrition education coupled with compassion, Vanessa strives to work with clients to navigate diet culture while creating a positive relationship with their body and with food. Vanessa also specializes in oncology nutrition (pre, during, and post treatment) and is passionate about the gut-brain connection, integrative solutions for gastrointestinal health, and general wellness.

Vanessa enjoys staying on top of the latest nutrition research, and is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics; the Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutrition dietetic practice group; the Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine practice group; and the Oncology Nutrition dietetic practice group. In her free time, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her friends and family, running outdoors and experimenting in the kitchen.

Vanessa is available to see clients at Healthier Tomorrows’ Lincoln Park office on Fridays and Saturdays.

Alicia Kazarian, RD, LDN

Alicia is a registered and licensed dietitian who enjoys counseling clients in individual and group settings and believes wholeheartedly in making the nutrition counseling experience as enjoyable as possible.  Alicia received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nutrition and Health Care Science from University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, and completed her clinical training at Northwestern Medicine McHenry Hospital.  She also has experience working with adolescents and young adults at the residential level of care.

Alicia believes that collaboration is key to ensuring permanent and lasting change, and she feels it is important to put the change in the hands of her clients.  She finds joy in seeing people challenge themselves and understands the courage that is needed to reach new nutrition and wellness goals.  Alicia regularly collaborates with her clients’ other treatment team members to ensure her clients are on the path to a nutritionally balanced way of life. 

Alicia grew up in Illinois and was lucky to spend time living in Alaska and Colorado before returning to Illinois where she now lives with her husband, two children, and Alaskan adopted dog.  In Alicia’s spare time she focuses her energy in her garden and determining the next home renovation project to tackle.  Alicia is available for appointments at Healthier Tomorrows’ downtown Evanston location.

Kimberly Novotny, MS, RDN, LDN

Kimberly NovotnyKimberly is a registered and licensed dietitian who is passionate about assisting her clients in achieving their health and wellness goals.  Kimberly received a Master’s of Science in Human Nutrition from University of Illinois in Chicago, and she completed her clinical training at UIC Medical Center, with rotations at Advocate Sykes outpatient wellness center, FoodMinds, Gourmet Gorilla, and CEDA WIC.

Kimberly has worked in outpatient private practice since becoming a registered dietitian, and uses a client-centered approach and motivational interviewing when working with her clients.  She believes that all foods have a place in a well-balanced diet and that small but powerful changes over time will help individuals’ reach their goals.

Kimberly enjoys working with clients on a range of food-related issues, including eating disorder recovery, food allergies and intolerances, diabetes management, cardiovascular conditions, pre- and post-natal nutrition, pediatric nutrition, and general wellness.

Kimberly spends her free time teaching fitness classes, cooking, walking her over 100-pound dog, and planning her next vacation. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her husband and son.

Anna C. Titcomb, MS, RD, LDN

Anna is a registered and licensed dietitian experienced in providing a wide range of client-focused nutrition counseling services, specializing in eating disorders, post-op bariatrics, sports nutrition, as well as general health and wellness. Anna began her career by working at all levels of care in behavioral health centers, from residential to intensive outpatient, with adults to adolescents.

Anna earned her undergraduate degree from McGill University and her Masters of Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago, including clinical training at Swedish Covenant Hospital, Fantus Clinic at Cook County Health, and the University of Illinois Extension. Anna enjoys providing empathetic client-centered care within the treatment team model, meeting people where they are, and working collaboratively together to reach individual goals. She believes all people deserve to have a balanced, positive relationship with food and their bodies. 

In her spare time, Anna enjoys trying new recipes, knitting, and spending time with her two cats.

Megan is succeeding in helping us and our teenage daughter learn how to nourish her. Megan works well with all of us and is committed and professional. She gives us tools that we are all using not just our daughter.
